The Rotary Club of Morganton has announced a major change in its' annual "Man of the Year" award. Beginning with the next award in March, the eligibility criteria has been changed to allow for either a man or woman to be honored with the Rotary Club of Morganton Distinguished Person of the Year. The Rotary Club of Morganton has begun soliciting nominations for this award with a deadline for submissions of February 15th.
